But, a rebellion within JOKER’s forces broke off from the tyrannical faction and sided with the Frontlancers, a peace keeping force who are the only ones to stand up against them. Using the stolen PSYCON technology and newly made Psycho-Frames from JOKER’s headquarters, the Frontlancers create the HEAVY SHELLs, and begin their ultimate counterattack against JOKER’s rule.
