Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name is a 2023 action-adventure video game developed by Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio and published by Sega. It is a spin-off of the Like a Dragon series. Taking place during the events of Yakuza: Like a Dragon (2020), Like a Dragon Gaiden focuses on the series' original protagonist, Kazuma Kiryu, as he embarks on a new adventure in Osaka under the guise of a secret agent. The Deluxe edition includes the base game and the Legendary Fighter Pack.

Having faked his own death to protect the orphans he holds dear, former yakuza legend Kazuma Kiryu now lives in the shadows. Bound by a pact with the secretive Daidoji faction, he operates as their agent under the codename Joryu, carrying out quiet missions in exchange for anonymous funding to the orphanage, spending his rare peaceful moments meditating at a Buddhist temple. In 2019, a routine assignment to guard a smuggling operation in Yokohama turns out to be a trap when an unidentified group ambushes the agents and abducts his handler. Worse still, one of the attackers recognizes the man who supposedly died years ago. Drawn out of hiding and pursued by the powerful Omi Alliance, Kiryu is pulled into a dangerous conflict spanning the neon streets of Osaka's Sotenbori district and a hidden entertainment hub known as the Castle, where old ties and buried secrets threaten the fragile new life he has built.
