In Marooned, players take on the role of the survivalist Ed, tasked with surviving in some of the most brutal environments across the globe, including the Thailand Jungle, a Philippine island, and the African Plain. Starting with absolutely no tools, clothes, food, or water, players must utilize their survival wits to overcome the harsh environment. The game requires building shelters, setting campfire nodes, managing extreme health parameters, and gathering resources through meticulous tracking and crafting.

Inspired by real-world wilderness survival feats, players step directly into the bare feet of the ultimate survivor man, Ed. Placed into hazardous ecosystems across Thailand, the Philippines, the Amazon, and Africa without clothes, food, or basic tools, Ed must systematically establish camps, master hunting weapon throwing techniques, track hidden global side-quests, and conquer large dangerous apex predators like marshland crocodiles or jungle wolves to establish his survival legacy.
