As the world is falling into ruin, Harsh Noise's body is following suit. Worn out by gender dysmorphia, drug addiction, and terminal illness, it can only see one fate on the horizon: Absolute Death. Is there any salvation possible for a dwindling pack of it/its girls as they each contend with their own kind of existential decay?
